Absolutely fantastic service, I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. The service provided was efficient, professional and well priced. Richard stayed in communication from the first visit when he did an emergency swap of the lock through to completion of the works, the customer service was excellent. I never write reviews but I am so impressed with the service I received, I genuinely want to tell others about it.

Richard was excellent and very affordable considering the emergency work involved and the cost of the part. I was actually locked in my flat when the door lock gearbox broke. Richard was at my home within 30 minutes and rescued me from a scary situation fairly late at night after I returned home from a late shift at the hospital. Absolutely amazing job.

I had recently moved into a new property and I needed my locks changed. After getting a few quotes I decided to go with IMA Locksmith as they were cost effective and were able to come a fit new locks within 30 to 40 minutes. REPLACING PUSH BUTTON LOCK........ Following the advise from a recent visit from Richard, we got him back around to replace a faulty push button lock. Richard was very good at setting expectations with delivery times due to the bank holiday and he was able to complete the job to a high standard without us being around due to the nature of our work.

REPLACE 2 VERY OLD CHUBB LOCKS..... Excellent service with almost instant call back when I posted the enquiry on Checkatrade. The modern locks were carried by the lockmith but are a slightly different size to our existing, so much work had to be done to the doors to make them fit and make good the door frames, Polite, Tidy and knowledgeable, would highly recommend

REPAIR ANCIENT LOCK and making new key for another ancient lock. I would highly recommend this company. They went out of thier way to find a solution to repair a lock on a very old door which thet did in a speedy and professional manner. I would highly reecommend.

Wonky Lock... The Locksmith arrived within a few minutes of my call, assessed the lock and advised it could be repaired rather than replaced and was able to carry out the work immediatley. He also checked my front door to see how that was doing and advised it was in good working order
