Yes. I supply an 18 month warranty on all locks supplied and fitted. Ultion locks also carry the Ultion £2,000 guarantee against burglary by lock snapping, and APECS AP cylinders carry a 10 year manufacturer warranty.

Yes, I accept card, bank transfer and cash payments. You get a clear price before any work starts, so there are no surprises at payment time.

No. Call outs are free of charge across my whole coverage area, and quotations are free too. You only ever pay for the work itself.

I use professional lock picking tools and non-destructive entry techniques as the first approach on every job. With the right skills and tools, most doors open quickly with no damage at all, and you keep your existing lock.

Yes. Police, insurance companies and I all recommend it, because you never know who still holds a key to your new home. It is quick and affordable, and I can upgrade you to British Standard insurance approved locks at the same time.

I carry and fit BS3621 British Standard locks, which are the standard most home insurance policies require on external doors. Anti-snap euro cylinders are fitted as standard on every cylinder change.

Yes. I supply and install Ultion Nuki smart locks, which hold British Standard and Kitemark accreditation and can include a wireless fingerprint keypad. I also fit key safes, including police approved models.

Usually, yes. Around 90% of snapped keys can be extracted without replacing the lock. Where the cylinder is damaged beyond saving, I fit a new anti-snap cylinder on the spot, supplied with five keys.
